At Noir Blades, we are committed to providing excellent grooming services and customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your experience, please review our refund policy below:

Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 1 day of the appointment may receive a 50% refund.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with the result of your haircut or grooming service, please let us know within 2 days of your visit. We will offer a free correction or a partial refund, depending on the situation and service provided.

Product Returns

  • Unused hair or grooming products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the packaging is intact.
  • Used or opened products are non-refundable, unless they are defective.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the missed time.
